OBJECTIVE

  • To drive Volume Allocation of the Weetabix
    family £1.89PMP into and out of the Depot

ACTIONS

  • Increased ‘Volume Allocation' of this SKU via Weetabix Account Manager. RSS agreed off-shelf displays and spoke to volume customers.

RESULTS


  • RSS sold an Initial Allocation into the Depot of 459 cases (17 Pallets). With the support of Weetabix Account Manger we managed to secure a further 135 cases (5 Pallets) for this depot. Total sold in now 594 cases (22 Pallets). RSS also pushed sales of this while in depot, and sold 54 cases (2 Pallets) to 1 customer.
  • The customer arranged pick up of the stock with his
    own truck.
